esfj introduction

ESFJs are sociable, energetic and responsible individuals. They enjoy organizing resources to achieve their given tasks on schedule. They are conscientious and responsible, not easily missing details and at the same time considerate towards people. They are tactful, sensitive and caring towards people, often putting the needs of others ahead of their own.

"Is there something I can help with?"

ESFJs value their relationships highly. They are warm, thoughtful and feel a sense of duty for the well-being of their loved ones.

They are highly loyal friends who will stand by their friends and family in times of need.

Often, when they perceive that help is needed, they will go ahead to extend their hand, even though at times none was asked for.

This is one source of disappointment for them: They expect likewise from their peers but often don’t see it reciprocated.

Being super sociable, ESFJs have a wide business and acquaintance network. They have a great desire for harmony, and will avoid conflict, sometimes even necessary ones. When hurt or offended, they tend to keep resentment to themselves rather than confront the situation immediately.
