Hi, Singapore is very 'corporate' and in general, I would say the workplace is a STJ culture where deadlines, following schedules and being 'correct' is the most valued. In the education system, we are generally SJ at the younger ages and then progressively gets into an INTX type education where intuition and big picture thing are valued. This is generally true across all countries as professors tend to be INTX.
I would say that in these few years, we're seeing a rise of ENFX style activism, especially with the millenials. It is expected as once any society as establish its stability (SJ), there is, in a way, the 'luxury' to explore the conscience of the society. Hence the voice of the ENFX tends to be louder then. ...
