According to theory, ESTJs and ESFJs are ideal for ISFPs. Opposites (with the exception of the second letter S) attract and bring balance to the relationship. For example, E-I means that there is a desire to socialize, and balanced by a desire for introspection in the relationship. T-F makes it such that any decision is approached with task and people in mind. ISFPs are also spontaneous and easy-going, and allows their partner to make decisions.
